Dr. Jacob Conjeski, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic and adult reconstructive surgeon at Mountainstate Orthopedic Associates (MOA). A West Virginia native, Dr. Conjeski specializes in advanced hip and knee reconstruction, revision surgery, and fracture repair. He earned his medical degree from West Virginia University, where he was ranked at the top of his class and received the John E. Prescott Award. With a residency from the University of South Florida and a fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Conjeski is an expert in joint preservation and complex total joint replacement.
